Who we are
XL PILOT STAFFING.COM, LLC is a Florida limited liability company (document L14000084879) at 5 First Court, Windermere, FL 34786, telephone 407-579-1359. We place contract pilots with business aviation flight departments.
What we collect
From pilots joining the roster: name, email address, mobile number, aircraft type ratings and experience, home base airport, training and insurance history, and where applicable a completed IRS Form W-9 for payment. From flight departments: contact details and trip requirements.
Why we collect it
To match pilots with trips, to communicate about assignments and schedules, to meet insurance and regulatory requirements, and to pay for services rendered.
Mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Mobile numbers collected for text messaging are never sold, rented, or provided to lead generators.
Mobile numbers are used only to send the messages described in our SMS Program Terms, and are shared only with the messaging service provider that delivers those messages on our behalf, solely for that purpose.
Message frequency varies with flight activity, typically up to about 15 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to cancel, or HELP for help.
Who else sees your information
A pilot's name, ratings, experience and training currency may be shared with the flight department offering a trip, and with its insurer, for the purpose of accepting that pilot for the flight. We do not sell personal information to anyone.
How long we keep it
Roster records are kept while a pilot remains available for work and for as long afterwards as tax and insurance record-keeping requires. You may ask us to remove your record at any time.
Your choices
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. You may ask us to correct or delete your information by calling 407-579-1359 or emailing mark@xlpilotstaffing.com.
Security
Roster information is held in access-controlled systems and is available only to XL Pilot Staffing personnel who need it to arrange flights and payment.
